Shipping and Delivery Information

At Furnish My Home, we strive to make the delivery process as seamless as possible. We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs, whether you're picking up locally or having your new furniture delivered to your door.

Delivery Options

  1. In-Store Pickup
    Prefer to collect your items in person? You can opt for local pickup from our Geraldton showroom from Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice before collection. Simply text Tracy on 0438 930 081 to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Please note, we do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your purchase or your vehicle during pickup.

  1. Freight and Postage
    We understand that arranging delivery of your furniture is important. You’re welcome to organise freight and delivery of furniture items ~ feel free to reach out to Tracy to discuss local freight company options. Our team can conveniently organise the delivery of smaller homewares items via Australia Post.

  2. Self-Sourced Courier
    If you prefer, you're welcome to arrange your own courier service. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice prior to pick up, and we’ll work with your chosen provider.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Times

Deliveries occur during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery times, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to varying shipping times.

Delivery Access

Before placing your order, please ensure that the items will fit through all access points, including doorways, stairs, and elevators. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if items do not fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that adequate access is available for delivery.

Delivery Address

Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including the recipient's name. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes and are not liable for items delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Unpacking and Assembly

Our delivery service does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials.

Damages in Transit

If you notice any faults or damage to your items upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
