Returns and Refunds
At Furnish My Home, we are committed to following Australian Consumer Law and ensuring that your shopping experience with us is smooth and fair. Please take a moment to read through our returns and refunds policy.
Choose Carefully
Before making a purchase, we kindly ask you to choose your items carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for pre-order items, floor stock, or sale items. All purchases of sale items are final.
For any refund or replacement queries, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Once your order is confirmed and paid in full, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind. Refunds do not apply to floor stock, sale items, or goods sold 'as is.' Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your item and are only accepted if the item is broken or faulty. You may choose between a refund or store credit.
Damaged Goods
At Furnish My Home, we take care to inspect all products thoroughly both upon arrival and before they leave our store. Please note that minor dents, scratches, or marks are considered part of the character and uniqueness of many of our handmade pieces, and these are not considered defects.
We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive. If you do receive damaged goods, please email us at belledesigns@westnet.com.au within 24 hours, along with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Important: If we do not receive photos of any damages caused during transit within 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to process a claim.
